Dr.Charles Kepner has been widely regarded as a guru in the fields of Problem Solving and Decision Making and Innovation and worked with clients such as NASA and many international companies.
Besides having written books and countless research articles in the fields of Problem Solving, Decision Making and Innovation, Dr.Charles Kepner gathered his experiences in the business world together in his books called "The Rational Manager" and "The New Rational Manager". Moreover, he co-authored "Managing Beyond the Ordinary" with Hirotsugu Iikubo, as well as "Innovation: The FreeZone Thinking Experience" with Dr.Mat-thys Fourie and Hirotsugu Iikubo.
Dr.Charles Kepner is still devoting his time to consulting gobal research projects about people's problem solving and innovation perspectives.
