Camping
Nowadays, companies need more employees with effective communication skills, who are trusting and trustworthy and has a teamwork mentality.
Camping takes place in nature and as the difficulty level rises so does the level of trust between the participants. This adventurous experience allows the participants to practice and sharpen skills in the areas of risk taking, anticipation of problems and avoiding problems by taking precautions.
This workshop is created by combining Team Spirit and Orienteering and participants stay in private tents, participate in problem solving and decision making activities. They develop individual skills in activities like rock climbing, rafting and jeep-safari and learn how to modify these skills to fit teamwork synergy.
By sharing of ideas upon completion of each group activity, participants are given the oppurtunity to talk about their experiences gained during the activity as well as during similar work experiences. This way, each participant's outlook is improved by forming a relation between skills developed during the activity and work life. This helps participants to become more constructive and team oriented when analyzing issues.
