Experiential Learning "Outdoor Training"

The Aim
The aim of Outdoor Training is to improve participants' relationships, to help them to understand the relationship between their responsibilities and organizational mission statement, to provide individual and teamwork motivation as well as to strengthen teamwork, creativity and loyalty.
Training Outcomes
Upon completion of Outdoor Training, participants will:
- Know the elements required to be an effective team,
- Know the advantages of cultivating individual strengths to benefit teamwork,
- Recognize the importance of collaboration in order to strengthen individual weaknesses,
- Be able to determine specific goals and guidelines within the team,
- Be able to determine individual roles and responsibilities for the team,
- Be able to describe the essential task to be performed and to develop a detailed plan consisting of specific steps in order to finish the task,
- Learn how to use time effectively,
- Develop strategies to implement and apply principles learned during training to the real work environment.
Method
Outdoor Training aims to train in a funny and creative environment by exercising in real life settings. In the course of time, this method allows participants to learn important factors which make teamwork efficient by experiencing successful and unsuccessful attempts.
In accordance with the training objectives, the participants are provided feedback to increase participant's self awareness by using scales and inventories about Team Roles, Communication, Leadership, Learning Models, Creativity, and Problem Solving Styles.

When?
Outdoor Training will be best suitable for organizations such as product promotion, sales and marketing meetings and for the purposes of mergers, hiring processes, performance evaluations, organizing effective teams, increasing communication skills.
Where?
Outdoor Training practices are performed successfully in in-and-outdoor places where the physical conditions allow for a good training setting such as Klassis Golf & Country Club, Klassis Resort Hotel, Beykoz Salıkoy, Beykoz Village Park, Abant Petro Club, Park Orman or in holiday villages where the private meetings of the firms are held.
Dress Code
Casual clothing that fits seasonal weather and planned activities.
Duration
Depending on the aimed attitude changes, duration of the training is planned to be 1 to 3 days.
Number of Participants
Outdoor Training takes place in between groups of 30 to 250 participants.
